ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. Sunil Laxman Gawande (M.A. SET, NET, JRF, Ph.D., Post-Doc.) He currently working as Academic Coordinator (Assistant Professor-Public Administration) in the Humanities and Social Sciences, Yashvantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik (Maharashtra), 14 Years teaching and research experience in various University and institute. He got Junior and Senior research fellowship from UGC, New Delhi and also got Post-Doctoral research Fellowship from Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi. He got Loksabha Fellowship for parliamentary democracy research from Loksabha secretariat, Parliament of India New Delhi. Completed a Minor Research project and a MRP is going on from YCMOU, Nashik. He is author of 5 books on several subjects relating to public administration, political science and Panchayati Raj. Also 32 Research Paper published in various reputed, Pear reviewed, UGC Care listed journal.
