Presently, writer of this book Dr. Kumari Jyotsna is Asstt. Professor in Satyendra Narayan Sinha Institute of Business Management. Dr. Kumari Jyotsna is M.Sc (Zoology) and did PGDM (HR). Dr. Kumari Jyotsna obtained Post graduate degree from Ranchi University, following which,Dr. Kumari Jyotsna was appointed as Associate professor and taught Consumer Behavior and Environment Management. Simultaneously, she did PhD (Zoology) from Ranchi University and joined as Asstt. Professor in Satyendra Narayan Sinha Institute of Business Management, Ranchi. She taught all subjects related with Environment management & Project management.

In addition to above she published several papers and participated in national seminars conducted by Ranchi University & Satyendra Narayan Sinha Institute of Business management. She is very good Communicator and excellent administrator. She has long teaching experience of the subject.
